Tattoos - Love it or Hate IT
I remember the day I got my first tattoo. It seems just like yesterday when I had it done. The reason I got it is not personal or sentimental like most people. I got one because I kinda became addicted to watching the program called Miami Ink. Its about a tattoo Parlour in Miami, and basically centers around the tattoo artists going about doing their work, tattooing clients.
The work that these guys produce is amazing. Probably some of the best work in the world.
At the moment I have 2 tattoos, one on my calf, a Chinese symbol. Its meaning is the word Spring. The reason, I was born on the first day of spring. And the second tattoo is a tribal design on my right arm, and in the center is another Chinese symbol. Its meaning is simply, respect. I got the Chinese designs first, and then the tribal one afterward. I remember the day, i just walked into the Parlour, chose it and bam. Yeah I do spontaneous weird things sometimes.
Maybe one day I will have another one done, maybe of a Khoi fish, on my left calf, who knows.
I attached a PIC of the one on my arm, the colour is fading abit. I will need to have that redone soon and I also want to get rid of the chinese symbol, it does not kinda go with the tribal.
Remember tattoos are forever, but then again you only live once.
Cheers

Who needs fat burners?
I thought I'd write this post to tell you about my experience with fat burners. I wont mention the products names for fear of getting into trouble. Oh by the way, its 2 in the morning, yeah I'm having that crazy insomnia episode again.
Fat burners are one of those things that work beautifully but sometimes the sides affects can be horrifieng. I took a fat burner in December 2010. Its a red pill (loads of red pills on the market), and boy did it work like a bomb. I was on it for a month. At the time I was weighing 100KG, but dropped down to 90KG while on this pill. The side effects were crazy, from heart palpitations to feeling of dizziness. Not to mention short tempered. I also experienced twitching in my hands an hour or so after taking the pills. Very scary I tell you. Although when i walked into the gym while on these pills I could go all night and not get tired.
Well after the month had passed I decided to stop taking the pills, and within a month I was back at 100KG. Yep sad I know.
Well December 2011 I decided to go onto another fat burner. This is a well know fat burner. Its side effects weren't that bad. Slight heart palpitations and feelings of weirdness, but not as bad as the other one. Well I stopped taking these pills after 3 weeks. The results sucked big time. I hardly lost any weight.
Immediately after I stopped the pills I decided that I'm going to try the healthy eating route and gyming often. After 6 weeks of eating healthy and coming across a few like minded individuals online that motivate me from afar I'm doing pretty well. I've lost 7 KG, and I feel amazing. And I will continue this life style hopefully for the rest of my life and until i have abs like.....that guy from Top Billing. :)
So in the end the choice is yours whether you take fat burners or not.
Just thought I'd share this story with Y'all
Cheers
(Think I'll get into bed now)
